Ian Yemm is an english lyric tenor currently living in the Bristol area.

Until July 2009 he was singing full time with the internationally renowned chorus of the Welsh National Opera in their new home, the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff. He will return to sing in a production of Richard Wagner's Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg in the Summer 2010.

In addition he maintains a freelance career as a soloist in Opera, Concert and Recital both in the UK and in Europe.

He enjoys teaching singing and giving masterclasses as well as on-going academic research and writing.
